I love working with crystals and especially crystal essences. They have assisted me in more ways than I would have ever imagined. They are representing a gentle way of unearthing whatever is keeping us stuck, to assist us in living with love in our hearts, following the path of truth, growing and evolving and living a fulfilling live. And when addressing these internal often unconscious blockages, the body will naturally follow suit.
While some people can clear issues within a few days or a week, some people simply take longer. The longer you have ignored an issue or repressed it, the longer or more intense a healing symptom will take to neutralize. Do not see these healing symptoms as a challenge, but as an opportunity to finally letting go. So, set your intentions by creating space for the positive that you are ready to invite into your life.
