Throat chakra

A balanced throat chakra allows us to communicate honestly and openly. We are heard and at the same time we listen to others and can communicate our deepest truth openly and honestly. We are also able to think creatively. When we harmonize the throat chakra so that a healthy, energetic exchange can take place, we can confidently bring our ideas into the world.

The throat chakra works hand in hand with the heart chakra in that the feelings of the heart chakra want to be expressed through the throat chakra. When both energy centers are in balance, we are able to communicate without fear of judgment.

A balanced throat chakra is the source of creativity and expression. It gives you the strength to be yourself. It gives you the courage to speak your truth and motivates you to constantly seek the truth and share it with others.

The Throat Chakra is the source of your personal integrity. It allows you to be honest with yourself and to always stand up for what you believe in. It is motivated by authenticity allowing you to be inspired and creative, sharing your ideas and remaining authentic to yourself.

Harmonizing your throat chakra

Stand in front of the mirror and read the affirmations out loud while looking deeply into your eyes. If you feel resistance, you know that you are still harboring a repressed emotion or belief in your unconscious. Doing affirmations can be very effective, but even more effective if you write your own which specifically address your programs and beliefs.
